Step 1: Browse the lot online
 
Browse the online preview, read the auction catalog and auction rules, and select the auction target that interests you.
 
Step 2 Visiting the Auction in person
 
Be sure to visit the auction preview site in person and appreciate the physical objects of the auction targets up close.
 
Note: If you need to further understand the status of the auction target or consult about auction matters, you can contact the relevant business supervisor.
 
*Special reminder: Our company cannot guarantee the authenticity and/or quality of the auction target, and we do not assume any defect guarantee responsibility for the auction target. Bidders should personally examine the original object of the proposed auction by appraisal or other means before the auction date, and independently determine the authenticity and/or quality of the auction object.

 
Step 3: Choose a bidding method
 
● Choose bidding methods: on-site bidding, telephone commission, or synchronous auction (including real-time bidding and commission bidding)
 
1、 Live bidding
 
① Provide relevant documents, sign bidding agreements, and complete bidding registration procedures.
 
Note: When handling on-site bidding registration procedures, the following documents must be provided, and our company has the right to verify the content of the following documents in a way that our company deems reasonable:
 
1. Individual
 
(1) Self bidding: Customers holding valid documents such as passports, resident certificates, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan passes, and second-generation ID cards can complete registration on the official website in advance, sign a bidding agreement, reserve on-site bidding license plates, or bring valid documents to the auction site to complete bidding registration procedures;
 
(2) Client bidding: Customers holding passports or other valid identification documents are requested to complete bidding registration procedures at the auction site. When entrusting others to handle the matter on their behalf, they should provide the "Power of Attorney" issued by the principal, a copy of the principal's valid identity document, and the original of the agent's valid identity document. For customers who participate for the first time, the bidder must personally handle the bidding registration procedures.
 
2. Unit
 
Legal representative: When coming to handle the matter, one should provide the "Legal Representative Identity Certificate" issued by the unit, the original valid ID of the legal representative, and a copy of the unit's business license (stamped with official seal);
 
Non legal representative: When coming to handle the matter, a "Power of Attorney" issued by the unit, a copy of the legal representative's valid identity document (stamped with official seal), the original agent's valid identity document, and a copy of the unit's business license (stamped with official seal) should be provided.
 
*If the agent fails to provide written proof to the company and obtain written approval from the company before the auction date, indicating that they are the agent of a certain bidder, the agent will be considered as the bidder himself.
 
*Customers who participate in our company's auction for the first time must personally complete the bidding registration procedures by the bidder.
 
② Pay the deposit and collect the bidding license plate
 
*For customers who have not yet obtained the "Habsburg Registration Card" and paid the bid deposit amount, please refer to the "Habsburg Registration Customer Program" instructions or call our customer service department for consultation.
 
*Special reminder: If you entrust others to pay the deposit or purchase price, you must provide: a copy of the payer's passport or identity certificate and a "Payment Confirmation Letter". If the payer is a unit, the aforementioned documents must be stamped with an official seal. Among them, if payment is made through card swiping, the payer must personally swipe the card; If the remittance method is used for payment on behalf of XX, and it has been stated in the attachment/purpose of the remittance that "XX bidder pays the deposit for XX auction", then there is no need to provide a "Confirmation of Payment on behalf of XX".
 
2、 Telephone entrusted bidding
 
If the bidder is unable to attend the auction in person, they can entrust our company in writing to bid by phone on their behalf.
 
1. Please download, print, and fill out the authorization letter for telephone entrusted bidding. Please fill in your personal information in detail, including the catalog number and work name of the bidding target.
Please be sure to leave your accurate phone contact information.
 
After the completion of the telephone authorization letter for bidding, it must be signed by the bidder in person.
 
2. Please provide a telephone authorization letter for bidding through email/fax or on-site submission, and attach a copy of the payment voucher for the bidding deposit.
 
Customers who participate in bidding for the first time can participate through on-site bidding, entrusted bidding, or synchronous auction. Telephone entrusted bidding is currently not supported.
 
*Special reminder: Bidders should carefully read the precautions and exemption clauses listed in the authorization letter before issuing the telephone bidding authorization letter.
 
Step 4: Bidding for Auction Target
 
Before participating in the bidding, please read the important statements issued by each session; Successfully bid and sign the 'Transaction Confirmation/Auction Record' on site.
 
Step 5: Pay the purchase price
 
Bring the "transaction confirmation letter/auction record" to the settlement department to pay the purchase price (hammer price+buyer's commission). Our company currently implements a commission discount plan, and settlement during the discount period will enjoy commission discounts.
 
*Special reminder: If you entrust others to pay the purchase price, you must provide a copy of the identity certificate of the payer and the "Payment Confirmation Letter". If the payer is a unit, the aforementioned documents must be stamped with the official seal. Among them, if payment is made through card swiping, the payer must personally swipe the card; If the remittance method is used for payment on behalf of the buyer, and it has been stated in the attachment/purpose of the remittance form that "the buyer shall pay the auction price on behalf of XX", there is no need to provide a "Confirmation of Payment on behalf of XX".
 
Step 6: Pick up the goods
 
After settlement, the buyer must bring the "delivery note" and the following documents to the designated location of our company to handle the delivery procedures within 30 days from the auction closing date, and our company has the right to verify the content of the following documents in a reasonable manner as our company deems necessary.
 
The buyer can choose the following delivery methods:
 
① Self extracting lots
 
(Please present the buyer's passport or ID document when picking up the goods)
 
② Entrusting someone to pick up the lot on behalf of others
 
(The "Authorization Letter for Picking up", a copy of the buyer's passport or identity document, and the original identity document of the agent must be provided, and confirmed by phone with the buyer.).
 
③ Entrust Habsburg to handle the transportation of the batch on behalf of him
 
(Our company may recommend packaging and transportation companies to the buyer based on the situation. The buyer is required to choose and bear the costs of packaging, handling, and insurance, and the relevant risks and responsibilities are borne by the buyer. If transportation is required, please call the customer service hotline.)
